Job Title: Chef de partie

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de partie to join our team at Canadian Niagara Hotels Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding role requiring attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Criminal record check
  • Availability for the advertised start date
  • Legally able to work in Canada
