Chef de Partie Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Canadian Niagara Hotels Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events and regular customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals and specialty foods for events and regular customers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Meet health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a kitchen environment an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
