Executive Chef

Four Brothers Cucina is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
- Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen performance
- Train and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods for guests with food allergies or intolerances
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position, 30 hours per week
- Fluency in English
