Vintage Hotels is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, sauces, and entrees, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and prepared for service.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure that dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Cooking through a recognized culinary institute, with apprenticeship program completed.
  • Five plus (5+) years of progressive experience in a fine dining establishment.
  • Good decision-making ability and above-average oral communication skills.
  • Good safety training and/or knowledge required.
  • Current Safe Food Handler's Certificate.
