Job Title: Program Administrator

The University of Saskatchewan is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Administrator to provide specialized program support to the Department of Medicine.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various aspects of the residency program, including curriculum development, scheduling, and record-keeping. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement curriculum development and scheduling
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Director and department staff
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency
Requirements:
  • Completion of a recognized post-secondary business administration or administrative assistant program
  • Three to five years of related experience in administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
