About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Six Star Cleaning Service. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure the office is organized and efficient.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office.
