Risk Management Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at 10102 HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies) as a Multi-Line Account Advisor. This is a full-time opportunity working out of our Kindersley office location.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the sale and support of new personal lines and commercial lines business opportunities throughout our Saskatchewan offices.
- Identify client needs, educate clients on our insurance products, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle renewals and changes to policies, prepare information for remarketing, and assemble information into a presentation format for prospects and clients.
- Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales with a track record of new business written.
- Processing knowledge of personal lines and commercial lines coverages, markets, and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of habitational, life, automobile, small commercial, property, liability, and insurance principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners, staff, and clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a high degree of tact and persuasiveness.
- Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions.
- Motivated to support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
- Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
- Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Proficient with Broker Management Software System. Experience with EPIC preferred.
