Private Wealth Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our business operations team, you will provide administrative support to our executives and senior managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to executives and senior managers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate and implement department events, including planning, logistics, and execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and support the development of tailored messaging and communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or professional support function.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
- Basic specialized knowledge and skills in areas such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
BMO offers a competitive salary range of $31,600.00 - $46,200.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
