Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Private Client Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with daily portfolio maintenance and administration
- Process trades accurately and efficiently
- Manage client cash flows and balances
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Attend client meetings and provide support as needed
- Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or bachelor's degree
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps
- Proven client service skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
