Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Qualicare Home Care Kamloops. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and delegate tasks to office support staff.
  • Task Management: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
