We are looking for qualified candidates for the role of Property Management Team Supervisor.

Position Overview
This role is pivotal in delivering administrative assistance to Property Managers and Resident Managers. The Team Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Property Management Administrators, facilitate the training and development of both new and existing team members, and undertake various responsibilities associated with the Business Operations Department. This position plays a crucial role in supporting Skyline's mission to create significant value and provide an outstanding experience for our clients, employees, and communities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Provincial Human Rights Code, AODA, and other relevant legislation.
  • Proven experience in planning, delegating, and managing tasks effectively.
  • Ability to review the work of others for accuracy and provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and guiding staff.
  • Adept at managing special projects.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities, sound judgment, and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for engaging with the public.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy while maintaining firmness.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-secondary education and at least 1 year of experience as a Property Management Administrator; or 6 years of relevant and equivalent professional experience.
