We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Administrator to join our team at the Skyline Group of Companies. As a Property Management Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our Property Manager and Resident Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Resident Manager
  • Data entry of all tenant related information
  • Prepare A/R adjustments and revise aged accounts receivable reports
  • Review rent roll monthly and prepare legal notices
  • Maintain our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities

Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in database management and strong data entry skills
  • Understanding of residential property management or real estate
  • Working knowledge of Yardi is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Working for a growing company that supports environmental stewardship and social responsibilities is a must for you
