Position Overview
This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, professional, and enjoyable setting. The Team Supervisor will deliver administrative assistance to Property Managers and Resident Managers, support the daily operations of the Property Management Administrators, and oversee the training and development of both new and existing team members. Additionally, this role encompasses various responsibilities within the Business Operations Department, all while aligning with Skyline's mission to provide significant value and an outstanding experience for our clients, employees, and communities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Provincial Human Rights Code, AODA, and other relevant legislation.
  • Proven experience in planning, assigning, and managing tasks effectively.
  • Ability to review the work of others for accuracy and offer constructive feedback.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and guiding staff members.
  • A knack for handling special projects.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for engaging with the public.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-secondary education, alongside at least 1 year of experience as a Property Management Administrator; or 6 years of relevant and equivalent professional experience.
