We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales team at TransUnion LLC. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue growth targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales processes
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
