Job Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and fit metal and prefabricated components to close tolerances as per technical drawings.
  • Construct stators or armatures for heavy-duty electric motors.
  • Collect, document, and summarize inspection results for quality assurance.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints effectively.
  • Install electrical control devices into switchboards and panelboards.
  • Wire electrical connections for switchboards and panel boards.
  • Monitor production processes and resolve any production issues.
  • Conduct final assembly checks to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
