About the Role

Mintu Electronics Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter to join our team. As an Electrical Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing electrical systems and components according to blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Installation: Assemble and fit metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Electrical System Assembly: Assemble stators or armatures for heavy-duty electric motors.
  • Quality Control: Collect, record, and summarize inspection results to ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Interpretation and Analysis: Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and installation.
  • Electrical Control Device Installation: Fit electrical control devices into switchboards and panelboards.
  • Electrical Connection Installation: Wire electrical connections for switchboards and panelboards.
  • Production Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor production and troubleshoot production problems to ensure efficient and effective assembly and installation.
  • Quality Assurance: Check final assembly for adherence to quality control standards.
  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Set up and adjust production machinery and tools.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and support as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
