Mintu Electronics Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter - Assembler to join our team. As an Electrical Fitter - Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints. You will also assemble stators or armatures for heavy-duty electric motors, collect and record inspection results, and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.

Work Environment: Our work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be required to work in a hybrid setting, with a mix of office and production floor work.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field. You will also need to be flexible, organized, and reliable. We offer a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week and a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
