Job Summary

Mintu Electronics Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter - Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints, as well as assembling stators or armatures for heavy-duty electric motors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and fit metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints
  • Assemble stators or armatures for heavy-duty electric motors
  • Collect, record and summarize inspection results
  • Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Fit electrical control devices into switchboards and panelboards
  • Wire electrical connections for switchboards and panel boards
  • Monitor production and troubleshoot production problems
  • Check final assembly for adherence to quality control standards
  • Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
  • Provide customer service
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions. They will be required to have attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
