Mintu Electronics Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter to join our team. As an Electrical Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing electrical systems, including heavy-duty electric motors and switchboards. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install electrical systems, including stators and armatures
  • Interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics
  • Collect and record inspection results
  • Monitor production and troubleshoot production problems
  • Set up and adjust production machinery

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical systems assembly and installation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work environment
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language required
