Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at SUBWAY.

Work Setting

This role is based in a fast-paced coffee shop environment where you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demands and maximize productivity.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate food and kitchen supplies to maintain a high-quality food product and minimize waste.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and repairs to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
