About the Role

The Interactive Product Management team at theScore leads the strategy for our digital product portfolio, driving innovation and growth through personalized and immersive experiences.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to define a long-term vision for our products and collaborate with engineering teams to turn that vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of high-performing product leaders and executives.
  • Partner with various business units to understand market challenges and develop solutions.
  • Articulate a vision for our products and drive alignment with leaders across the company.
  • Translate your vision into a multi-year roadmap of features, capabilities, and user-facing experiences.
  • Prioritize engineering investment to balance platform investment and new functionality.
  • Set Objectives and Key Results for theScore across an array of product domains.
  • Drive innovation across our product portfolio, transforming user experiences into the best in the industry.
  • Educate business partners and non-technical executives on how our product works to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to create senior-level material, including monthly business updates and strategic summaries.
About You
  • Minimum of 15 years of collective and relevant work experience in streaming, digital media, sports betting, iCasino, and/or related industries.
  • Minimum of 10 years leading product management teams in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Prior success building and executing product roadmaps for technology capabilities at an international business.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and back up assumptions and recommendations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a competitive edge, inspiring, influencing, building talent, collaborating, and providing direction in a complex space.
  • Ability to work with engineering teams to evaluate technical concepts, make tradeoffs, remove roadblocks, and make critical prioritization decisions.
  • Innate emotional intelligence with a proven ability to navigate complex topics with multiple stakeholders.
