Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team at Big Bite Pita. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service leadership role
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
