Job Title: Sales Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Office Coordinator to join our team at Eldorado Resort. As a Sales Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Conference Services Department, ensuring seamless execution of sales and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Conference Services Department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate sales trips for Sales Managers, including packing and unpacking, and ensuring all necessary documents are in place.
  • Manage inventory of promotional supplies and collateral, and execute direct mail campaigns.
  • Assist with tradeshow packing and post-return completion, including e-blasts and mailouts.
  • Prepare blitz, sales, and media kits as required.
  • Responsible for sales support and general office duties, including stationary orders for the Sales Department.
  • Reports complaints, concerns, or irregularities directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing or General Manager.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Must have excellent typing skills and accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Suite.
  • Hospitality and Sales experience are considered an asset.
  • Understanding of Opera PMS and Sales & Catering systems is an asset.
