Eldorado Resort is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating events, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate events, including tradeshow planning, client site tours, and sponsorship management.
- Manage client relationships, including conducting site inspections and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including preparing sales and media kits, and executing direct mail campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must have excellent typing skills and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Suite.
- Hospitality and Sales experience are considered an asset.
- Understanding of Opera PMS and Sales & Catering systems is an asset.
- Sense of urgency.
- Thrives in a fast-paced open office environment.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy meeting new people.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada without restriction.
