Eldorado Resort is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Sales Team, ensuring seamless execution of sales-related tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate sales trips, events, and trade shows, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and inventory of promotional materials.
  • Assist with direct mail campaigns, sales support, and general office duties.
  • Ensure effective communication between the Sales Team and other hotel departments.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, and maintain office files and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Opera PMS and Sales & Catering systems.
  • Previous experience in hospitality and sales is an asset.
