About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Picker at Ruito Trading Inc. As an Order Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate picking and packing of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and Packing: Select and gather merchandise from stockroom locations and pack them into boxes or bags for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels by counting and reconciling stock, reporting discrepancies, and performing cycle counts.
  • Order Fulfillment: Meet productivity and accuracy standards for order picking and packing, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a regular schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
