Associate, Order Fulfillment

The Associate, Order Fulfillment defines the luxury lifestyle shopping experience through building lasting relationships with our people, customers and partners by providing timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders that directly impact sales and our the customer experience.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Maintaining timely and accurate Customer Transfer Sale (CTS) & online sales order management by:
    • Producing order pick lists, multiple times per day as required
    • Ensuring hold orders are executed within 24 hours of receipt
    • Inputting shipping confirmations into the database in a timely manner
    • Organizing picking route based on volume and customer express orders
    • Processing and updating of all orders on proper systems
    • Packaging and preparing orders for shipping
  • Ensuring all client orders are fully inspected prior to packing and shipping, specifically to monitor the following:
    • Footwear items are checked for mismates
    • Product checked for quality, newness, and damages
    • Label orders are correct for their proper destination
  • Updating and maintaining all systems accordingly by:
    • Following up on order notifications on the portal and Apps
    • Prioritizing and actioning all orders based on time sensitivity
    • Picking, shipping, and confirming all orders in a timely manner
    • Securing and safely storing all orders as required
  • Processing of customer returns that are shipped back to stores:
    • Tracking, monitoring and logging all store returns
    • Reviewing returned merchandise to ensure the following:
      • Confirm customer order and returned product match the original order number
      • Check for any customer notes on file from Customer Service Center
      • Confirm all return dates fall within the policy window
      • Examine merchandise to ensure it is in resalable condition
    • Processing of refunds to finalize the process
    • Returning the resalable merchandise to the appropriate department
  • Work with cross functional teams to achieve high compliance of fill rates
    • Provide feedback to system administrator on overall program
    • Resolve compliance issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure CTS / Online Sales policy and procedure are adhered to
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
  • Track, record system report management
    • Maintain high order fulfillment rate
    • Update cancelled reports twice per week and notify sales associates
    • Maintain filing system
    • Order and replenish Wrap & Pack supplies as required based on volume
  • Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

The ideal candidate:

  • High school diploma
  • Very detailed oriented
  • Proficient with computers and systems (POS, IP , CTS , SAP, etc)
  • Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills

Préposé(e), Traitement des commandes

Le(la) préposé(e), Traitement des commandes, définit l'expérience de shopping style de vie de luxe par le biais de relations durables avec nos employés, nos clients et nos partenaires en traitant de façon ponctuelle et précise les commandes des clients qui influencent directement les ventes et l'expérience client.

Les responsabilités spécifiques comprennent ce qui suit, sans toutefois s'y limiter :

  • Traiter la gestion des ventes transfert clients (VTC) et des commandes en ligne de façon ponctuelle et précise en :
    • Produisant des listes de cueillette de produits plusieurs fois par jour, au besoin
    • S'assurant que les commandes mises de côté sont exécutées dans les 24 heure suivant leur réception
    • Entrant les confirmations d'expédition dans la base de données de façon ponctuelle
    • Organisant la route de cueillette basée sur le volume et les commandes expresses des clients
    • Traitant et en mettant à jour les commandes dans les systèmes adéquats
    • Emballant et en préparant les commandes pour l'expédition
  • S'assurer que toutes les commandes des clients sont entièrement inspectées avant d'être emballées pour l'expédition, plus spécifiquement pour faire le suivi de ce qui suit :
    • Chaussures vérifiées pour éviter d'être dépareillées
    • Produit vérifié à des fins de qualité, nouveauté et dommages
    • Étiquettes des commandes correspondant à la destination
  • Mettre à jour en entretenir tous les systèmes en :
    • Faisant le suivi des avis sur les commandes sur le portail et dans les applis
    • Priorisant et en activant les commandes en fonction de leur importance du facteur temps
    • Emballant, expédiant et confirmant toutes les commandes de façon ponctuelle
    • Recevant et en rangeant de façon sécuritaire toutes les commandes, tel que requis
  • Traiter les retours des clients renvoyés aux magasins :
    • Contrôler, faire le suivi et consigner tous les retours en magasin
    • Passer en revue la marchandise retournée pour assurer ce qui suit :
      • Confirmer que la commande du client et le produit retourné correspondent au numéro de commande original
      • Vérifier s'il y a des notes de clients du Centre de service à la clientèle au dossier
      • Confirmer que toutes les dates de retour respectent la politique
      • Examiner la marchandise pour assurer qu'elle est en condition pour être vendue
    • Traiter les remboursements pour finaliser le processus
    • Retourner la marchandise vendable au rayon approprié
  • Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour réaliser un taux de conformité des commandes supérieur
    • Fournir des rétroactions à l'administrateur du système sur le programme global
    • Résoudre les problèmes de conformité de façon ponctuelle
  • S'assurer que les politiques et procédures de VTC / commandes en ligne sont respectées
  • Effectuer les autres tâches assignées
  • Faire le suivi et consigner le système de gestion des rapports
    • Maintenir un taux élevé de traitement des commandes
    • Mettre à jour les rapports d'articles annulés deux fois par semaine et aviser les conseillers à la vente
    • Entretenir le système de classement
    • Commander et réapprovisionner les fournitures d'emballage au besoin en fonction du volume
  • Assurer le respect en matière de protection de la vie privée, des réglementations et des mesures de cybersécurité.

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires
  • Personnalité très axée sur les détails
  • Expertise avec les ordinateurs et les systèmes (PDV, IP, VTC, SAP, etc)
  • Attitude hautement orientée vers le service assortie de compétences organisationnelles exceptionnelles et d'aptitudes à faire un suivi
  • Excellente communication en français et en anglais
