We are seeking a skilled Barber Specialist to join our team at One-Stop Barbershop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and styling services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences
  • Shampoo customers' hair
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and also provide scalp conditioning massages
  • Supervise apprentices/students in training
  • Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye co-ordination
  • Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, reliability, and team player
