Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Opus Restaurant and Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive dining experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality food.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist with marketing and promotion efforts, including social media management and event planning.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
