Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs and develop work scopes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history and job reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance maintenance efficiency.
  • Estimate costs and resources required for maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures and work instructions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance planning, particularly in an industrial setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CMMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
