About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Nirwair Bajwa Personal Real Estate Corporation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordination and Organization
    • Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with team members.
    • Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Drive.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
