About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at One Stop Mahogany. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of projects, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Operations: Assist in the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate, relocation costs covered by employer
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
