Senior Finance Manager for Commercial Operations

Role Overview: As a vital member of the Finance and Strategy division, your primary responsibility will be to assist our business leaders in making informed financial and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our B2B partnerships and end-user clientele, enabling you to guide the growth and strategic direction of the company.
  • Utilize your expertise in full P&L modeling to analyze financial data while maintaining a broad perspective on business operations.
  • Employ SQL and data visualization tools to support business leaders in making strategic decisions based on financial trade-offs across both B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Collaborate with leadership in product and commercial teams to enhance B2B pipeline conversion and successfully scale new partnerships.
  • Create and manage business reporting metrics and dashboards, taking ownership of pipeline reporting through SQL, Salesforce, and data studio.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of financial and operational drivers to inform our short and long-term strategic plans.
  • Engage in finance-related optimization initiatives to enhance overall performance.
  • Automate reporting processes and generate insights using SQL and Big Query.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Prior experience in investment banking is advantageous.
  • Experience in FP&A or strategic finance, particularly in collaboration with commercial teams in B2B settings.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with significant modeling experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL is essential; expertise is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for conducting research and tackling complex questions using data.
