Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
LanguageThe working language is English.
Hours of WorkThe hours of work are 32 hours per week.
