Job Title: Office Coordinator

Fiesta Motors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including conflict resolution and system commissioning
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Experience working with budgets and inventory controls
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
  • 35-40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
