Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at 4Sight Group Chartered Professional Accountants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as scheduling appointments and managing travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team and ensure seamless communication.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
