**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of immigration applications, while providing exceptional client service throughout the process.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to assess client needs and eligibility for various immigration programs.
- Prepare and submit immigration applications to relevant authorities, adhering to strict deadlines and government requirements.
- Conduct research on immigration policies and procedures, staying up to date on changes and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files using our internal case management system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the immigration department.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an immigration law firm, consulting agency, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using case management software preferred.
- Fluency in English; bilingualism in French is a strong asset.
