About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team at Forest Hills Immigration. As an Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our immigration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our immigration team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and ensure that existing procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Manage tasks and prioritize work to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, time management, adaptability, and integrity.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Google Drive.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: 15 to 35 hours per week.
  • Work Type: Temporary.
  • Work Location: Hybrid.
