About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team at Accoravillage. As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to uncover complex business challenges, identifying their needs and providing recommendations based on your knowledge of underwriting principles.
  • Practice excellent customer service and prioritize client relationship management by actively listening to queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to reach organizational goals.
  • Manage more complex insurance cases and help team members reach their potential.
Requirements
  • Laser-focused, you have a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you.
  • Master time manager, you can prioritize your workload while demonstrating confidentiality and discretion.
  • At least 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
  • RIBO licensed strongly preferred, but open to OTL license holders.
  • Bilingualism (English & French) is a strong asset.
