Senior Insurance Advisor

We're seeking a seasoned insurance professional to join our team as a Senior Insurance Advisor in Timmins, ON.
As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
You will also manage more complex insurance cases and help team members reach their potential.
Our ideal candidate is a laser-focused individual with a track record of achieving sales targets, who is skilled at building authentic client relationships and managing their workload with discretion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with clients to uncover complex business challenges and providing recommendations based on your knowledge of underwriting principles
- Practicing excellent customer service and prioritizing client relationship management
- Collaborating with a supportive team to reach organizational goals
