About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Insurance Professional to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. If you are passionate about insurance and delivering exceptional client service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and educate clients on insurance products and services

• Take ownership of client relationships and provide exceptional service and support

• Manage complex insurance cases and help team members reach their potential and achieve their goals

• Collaborate with a supportive team to reach organizational objectives and drive business growth

• Work with clients to uncover complex business challenges and provide recommendations based on your knowledge of underwriting principles and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• A laser-focused individual with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

• Someone who builds authentic client relationships naturally and provides exceptional service and support

• A master time manager who can prioritize their workload while demonstrating confidentiality and discretion

• At least 2+ years of insurance industry experience, with a strong understanding of underwriting principles and industry best practices

• RIBO licensed (strongly preferred) or OTL license holders, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and education

• Bilingualism (English & French) is a strong asset, but not required
