Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Satellite Line of Business strategic plan, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic customers, understanding and developing market requirements, and assessing competitive risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or equivalent, with a strong background in business strategy and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering software, software as a service, hardware products, and satellite technology, preferably related to the Internet-of-Things (IoT).
  • Strong business acumen, with knowledge of profit/loss, EBITDA, recurring revenue, and more.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and reach consensus across diverse groups/teams.
  • Collaborative and inspiring leadership style, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
