Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Polyanalytik Inc. as a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and post journal entries.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, including trial balance of books and reconciliations.
  • Bookkeeping: Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent time management skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
