Operations Manager

Mobil is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Budget Planning: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the department is operating within financial guidelines.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the department is running efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
