- Budget Planning: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the organization.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the organization.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. Permanent position available.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
