Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in a Human Services field
  • One year of related work experience
  • Valid driver's license and use of a vehicle to transport clients
  • Satisfactory Criminal Investigation Reference for the vulnerable sector
  • Up-to-date first aid certificate
  • Knowledge of major mental illnesses, addictions, and sexual abuse issues
  • Understanding of Mental Health Act and confidentiality principles
