About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Champion corporate initiatives and policies, and ensure their effective implementation
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure processes and documentation are up-to-date and compliant
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
  • General Insurance Level 2 License
  • Proven supervisory experience with a track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management
  • Strong industry knowledge and involvement in industry-related associations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping others and a self-driven approach to success
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $75,000 - $100,000, 3 weeks' vacation, 14 paid wellness days, and a comprehensive benefits program.
