About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Liquor Planet Morinville. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth, and ensure that all sales staff are knowledgeable about products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
