Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at OBC AUTOMOTIVE LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing general information about our services.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks, including implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks as needed.
- Accessibility: Provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations to support employees with disabilities.
- Indigenous Support: Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, Indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to support Indigenous employees.
- Newcomer and Refugee Support: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and assist with their immediate settlement needs.
- Youth Support: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, and offer on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities.
- Veteran Support: Participate in government or community programs that support Veterans, and offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
