We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructor to join our team at PRIVATE RESIDENCE. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to develop their life skills and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist students to develop life skills, such as daily living skills, communication, and social skills.
- Provide job training and support to help individuals with intellectual disabilities to gain employment and independence.
- Collaborate with specialists to develop programs that cater to the unique needs of our clients.
- Teach and educate individuals with intellectual disabilities to promote their personal growth and development.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with individuals with diverse needs and abilities.
- Initiative and judgment to make informed decisions and take action when necessary.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet the needs of our clients.
- Will train and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
